We do not keep your details, unless you agree and then only to inform you of new images or promotions.

1. Photogria's preferred payment option is PAYPAL. Other payment options available on request are EFT, bank cheque or money order.
2. Images will only be ordered once cleared funds have been received.
3. Delivery times will be 2-3 weeks from receipt of cleared funds.
4. Tax invoices can be issued on request.
5. Customers purchasing greater then five images can contact us directly to discuss payment and delivery options.
6. Images will only be replaced or payment refunded where there is an issue with the quality of the physical image and/or frame.
